The Motorola Droid Bionic was originally regular to start in the premiere half of this period, but its exude was bumped approve. Since then there has been a major mess of contemplation nearly when Verizon instrument inform this cutting-edge Robot smartphone, but Motorola's CEO now says it's not leaving to pass for author than added month.

The Droid Bionic was first unveiled at the CES tradshow in January. This spring, Verizon announced that this model was being delayed to make some unspecified improvements.

Now, Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha says the debut won't be soon. Speaking on a conference call to investors and analysts, he said, "Bionic will be the first device to deliver the combination of the power of LTE and a dual-core GHz processor. And it will be in the stores in September."

This smartphone will include a 4.3-inch screen with a qHD (960 x 540) touchscreen. Only a few other models with this screen size and resolution have been released. It is also going to be one of the first with a NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip with two 1GHz cores.

The Droid Bionic will almost certainly debut running Android OS 2.3 (Gingerbread), the latest version of Google's operating system for phones. It was originally going to include 512 MB of RAM, but this could have changed during the re-design process.

As mentioned by Jha, the device is going to support Verizon's 4G LTE network. It will also have an HDMI video-out port as well as front- and rear-facing cameras.
